By accessing or using the TrackGuard platform, mobile application, or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

These Terms apply to:

  • Security companies
  • Guards and employees
  • Clients accessing the client portal
  • Administrators and authorized users

2. Description of Services

TrackGuard provides a software platform designed to support security workforce management, including but not limited to:

  • Guard scheduling and attendance tracking
  • GPS-based check-in and check-out verification
  • Patrol logging and checkpoint scanning
  • Incident reporting and documentation
  • Client activity reporting
  • Notification and alert management
  • AI-assisted report generation

TrackGuard is a software tool and does not provide physical security services.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain account security
  • Use the platform for lawful business purposes
  • Follow company policies and local regulations
  • Protect login credentials

Users must not:

  • Attempt to access unauthorized systems
  • Upload harmful or illegal content
  • Misuse tracking features
  • Interfere with system operations

4. Location Tracking and Monitoring

The TrackGuard mobile application may collect location data while users are on active shifts.

Location tracking is used for:

  • Attendance verification
  • Patrol confirmation
  • Safety monitoring
  • Incident documentation
  • Contract compliance

Users acknowledge that location monitoring is a core operational requirement of the platform.

5. AI-Assisted Features

TrackGuard uses artificial intelligence tools to assist with operational tasks such as:

  • Formatting reports
  • Summarizing guard notes
  • Improving documentation clarity

AI features are assistive tools only and do not replace human decision-making.

6. Data Ownership

Customer organizations retain ownership of operational data generated within the platform.

TrackGuard acts as a service provider responsible for storing and processing data on behalf of customers.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Temporary downtime may occur due to:

  • Maintenance
  • Updates
  • Technical issues
  • Network interruptions

8. Limitation of Liability

TrackGuard shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services.

The platform is a management tool and does not replace professional judgment or operational supervision.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
