TrackGuard uses artificial intelligence technologies to enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy within the platform.

AI is used strictly for productivity and documentation assistance.

2. What AI Does

AI features may perform the following functions:

  • Convert guard notes into structured reports
  • Summarize shift activity
  • Improve readability of incident documentation
  • Assist administrators with reviewing operational logs

3. What AI Does NOT Do

TrackGuard AI does not:

  • Make autonomous security decisions
  • Control security personnel
  • Replace human supervision
  • Conduct surveillance
  • Train public AI models using customer data

4. Data Handling for AI Processing

AI processing occurs only on data submitted by authorized users within the platform.

Data used by AI includes:

  • Guard notes
  • Incident descriptions
  • Operational logs

This data is processed solely to generate reports requested by the user.

5. Human Oversight

All AI-generated content is reviewed and approved by human users before being used operationally.

6. Privacy Protection

TrackGuard does not sell customer data.
